2. Data We Collect

  1. Personal Information: Name, email, mobile number, address, and profile photo (if uploaded)

  2. Business Information (for Merchants): Store name, business address, registration documents

  3. Transaction Data: Wallet activity (myBalance, myCoin), coupon purchases, subscription payments

  4. Device & Usage Data: IP address, device ID, location, browser info, and app usage patterns

  5. When you post content on the platform — such as text, images, videos, comments, or listings — we may collect, store, and display this content in connection with your account. This includes:

  • Community posts and comments

  • Uploaded media (photos, videos)

  • Listings in the classifieds section

  • Interaction data such as likes, shares, and replies

This content may be visible to other users based on the platform’s community visibility rules.

We use this information to:

  • Display and manage user interactions

  • Moderate content for community safety

  • Improve engagement features

  • Investigate abuse or platform violations

You are solely responsible for any personal or sensitive information you choose to share in public content. Do not share contact details or private data unless you intend it to be visible to others.

  1. Individual Listings: If you post individual listings (e.g., for sale or rent) or communicate with other users through the classifieds section, we may collect and store related information such as listing details, images, location, communication metadata, and transaction activity. This data helps us maintain safety, resolve disputes, and improve platform functionality.

  2. Social Login Information: If you choose to sign up or log in using social media accounts (such as Google or Facebook), we collect basic profile information provided by the social platform. This may include your name, email address, profile photo, and access token. We use this data to authenticate your identity and create or link your 1Manch account. We do not post anything to your social media accounts without your permission. You can revoke 1Manch's access anytime from your social media account settings.

  3. User-Generated Content Metadata: When you post content (text, images, videos, comments, etc.) on the platform, we collect associated metadata such as:

    1. Timestamp of creation or edit

    2. Geolocation tags (if enabled)

    3. Content tags or categories selected

    4. Number of likes, comments, or shares

    5. Device and app version used during the post

This data helps us moderate content, improve feed relevance, detect misuse, and personalize your experience on 1Manch.

  1. Analytics and Tracking Tools: We use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our app and website. These tools may collect data such as:

  1. Pages/screens viewed

  2. Session duration

  3. Clicks, scrolls, and navigation paths

  4. App crashes and performance diagnosticsDemographics and interests (aggregated)

These tools use cookies or device identifiers to collect and store information in compliance with their respective privacy policies. We use this data to improve platform performance, fix bugs, and tailor content to user needs.

3. Use of Data

We retain your data as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.

9. Account Deletion

You may request the deletion of your 1Manch account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@1manch.com or through the app’s Help & Support section.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will permanently delete your account and data from our active systems within 15 working days, unless retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, compliance, tax, or audit obligations).

Please note: Once your account is deleted, data cannot be recovered or restored. Certain residual data may remain in system backups for a limited period, but will not be used for any operational purpose.

10. Data Processing Outside India

Some of your data may be processed, stored, or transmitted through third-party infrastructure and cloud service providers (such as AWS, Firebase, or Cloudflare) whose servers may be located outside India.

We ensure that such providers maintain appropriate safeguards and comply with applicable data protection regulations. By using 1Manch, you consent to such cross-border data transfers, storage, and processing as required for the functioning of the platform.

11. Force Majeure

1Manch shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations under this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service if such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control. These may include but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)

  • Internet or power outages

  • Cyberattacks or security breaches beyond our control

  • Acts of government or regulatory authorities

  • Pandemic, epidemic, or other public health emergencies

  • Legal restrictions or judicial orders

  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest

Such events will be treated as force majeure, and we shall resume performance as soon as reasonably possible once the event has passed.
